Experience & Skills
For Consultant positions, significant experience in adult cardiac surgery, pediatric intensive care, pediatric neurology, radiology, critical care medicine, pediatric emergency medicine, or psychiatry is required. Senior Registrars should have substantial post-fellowship or equivalent experience in pediatric intensive care or pediatric cardiology. Staff Nurses, Assistant Head Nurses, and Midwives should possess practical clinical experience. Technicians need hands-on experience in their specialized fields, such as anesthesiology or operating theatre support.
