Experience & Skills
We are looking for expertise in various domains, including financial budgeting and MIS, taxation, payment processing, ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting), information and cyber security management (including GRC, governance, compliance, data security), product design and development, branch management, network engineering (senior and NOC roles), cyber conduct review, centralized inward clearing operations, agriculture credit, and credit analysis. Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, coupled with a solid understanding of banking principles and relevant technological platforms.
