Vacancy Description

As a pivotal Assistant HR Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing HR operations, fostering a culture of accountability, and driving organizational excellence. This isn't an administrative role; it demands a proactive, independent professional committed to strengthening competency-based recruitment, robust performance management, strategic organizational development, and fostering disciplined workplace behaviors. You will support leadership in cultivating a highly skilled, engaged, and performing workforce aligned with our strategic goals for CTP-2026. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing performance metrics, ensuring quality hires, supporting training and policy implementation, meticulous reporting, and acting as a trusted HR partner to departmental heads, significantly reducing dependency on senior leadership for routine HR matters.

Experience & Skills

Candidates should demonstrate a robust understanding of performance management systems, including experience with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and behavioral frameworks. Proficiency in HR operations, end-to-end recruitment processes, and employee relations is essential, coupled with the ability to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with HR information systems and meticulous documentation standards is required. On the behavioral front, we seek a proactive, structured, and highly disciplined professional with strong ownership and accountability. The successful candidate will possess the confidence to professionally address underperformance, exhibit exceptional attention to detail, operate autonomously, and communicate with clarity both verbally and in writing. Success will be measured by improved quality of hire (probation success rate), effective PIP execution, reduced reactive HR issues, enhanced training engagement, and strict adherence to HR policies and timelines.
